Okay, I'm at the end of the game, I have finished every little thing...except for the mushrooms...BUT ANYWAY...I won't write a two page story, so, I need a little help getting the Synthesis material to half the materials needed to create something, it's the Crystal, not the shard, gem, or stone, though, I do know you can get these from Heartless, so does anyone know WHERE I can get some? I don't wanna go through 20-something worlds just for one little thing, I already did that with a Blazing Stone lol

This is for Synthesis Items and it lists the Heartless and Nobodies that have them. I'm so glad I copied and saved this to the Journal sticky here. That way it was easy to find so I didn't have to bother typing it up again. Hope that helps you out.

Also, ensuring you are making things helps lower costs. Raising the moogles' level is important and cuts costs in half as does using the right materials. So have them making things and they get experience that as they rise in levels reduces costs of their former level items list quite a bit.

Boosting Drop Rates with Lucky Lucky

To help yourself boost the drop rates that are in parentheses above, make sure Sora and his party are equipped with Lucky Lucky and some weapons that have it naturally to them. This really makes gathering items much easier for Synthesis. Each Lucky Lucky I believe increases the drop rate by 1/3rd what it is listed at.

Equip the Lucky Lucky abiity on Sora, Donald and Goofy, or whoever is in your party.
Use Sweet Memories which has it auto-equipped.
Meteor Staff for Donald has it equipped.
Genji Shield for Goofy has it equipped.
Item Ring - equip this as well which is won after the Pain and Panic Cup is defeated.

i had troubel with this as well. i know for a fact that the Pride Lands has like 2 materials you can't get in any other worlds. you get a material each time you defeat an Absent Silhoutte battle, and you get a really rare material from defeating Terra. the Cave of Remembrance also has materials you can't get anywhere else, but you need them to get Ultimate Weapon.

Sorry about placing this in the wrong area then...
Oh, and as for the Remembrance items, aren't they Mythril? If you do synthesis with the Mythril Crystals, you can actually use the Serenity items to make an upgrade of it, that's my new discovery =D ...and it's why I ran out of Energy items =D But anyway, I equipped some items of Lucky Lucky, and found Sora's Lucky Lucky ability, and then, just started farming a few worlds...as it turns out, I found some Energy Crystals because of the Shaman's in Pride Lands
    so...w00t ULTIMA WEAPON ! ! =D
