Change the border, the white stuff around the render makes it look completely slapped on, and it´s grainy and small, and make the text smaller, and well, the colors, blur and yellow doesn´t match too well for my like.

First of all, learn about the rule of thirds and composition. You should almost never fit someone's entire body into a sig. Try using just their bust and cut off the top of the head; it makes it look a lot more stylish. The render is extremely slapped on, so maybe feather it or smudge or over it. The effects are kind of nice, but there's no real color variation or flow. The text is huge and the graffiti font is a little random here. Border is ugly. I'd say give this a plain black border.

Keep working at it, and read some tutorials.

render- negatives: whole body, position, posture.

the colours don't mix. You need some rhythm and flow, the basic principals of art. Orange and Yellow, as dark as those, never mix. Green doesn't help either.

Try some tutorials. I suggest going to google and posting Signature Tutorials.

And find some nice brushes. Heres a tip: instead of brushes coming out from the edges, try from the render.
Also, sometimes, its better to use a picture instead of a render. So you can do more with it, instead of being left with a blank canvas.

I think the image is a bit blurry, sharpen it a bit. Otherwise, it's pretty gd.
