Were you trying to insert a URL? When you have IE8, it gives you that message when you try to insert a URL.
I got IE8 and been using it for some time. I insert urls very often, but first time I see this thing here (I haven't even seen it anywhere else!). But I didn't even try to insert a url now. I didn't do sh*t. I just opened the thread.
