It's... chaotic. You have to do more than spam splatter brushes to make a background; I would know, that used to be how I'd make all of my sigs. :D Anywho, you should also add more color to it, just in general. I'm also not a fan of semi-opaque borders, but the one you used seems to do the job fairly well. Stock is decently blended, so good job with that. Not bad overall.
My theme for it was chaotic, so I guess it works for my purposes. I feel like the smudging I did with the render was wasted, but I guess it kind of shows.
