I like the direction and movement, and the font choice of your text is alright. I do think it's really monotone however, and that it could use some more colour variation. It's also lacking lighting, and depth, which both are generally essential in graphic art.
The text and the stock do not match at all, and your bg is way off. Make sure your text blends with along with the overall tag itself. Practice makes Perfect. EDIT: The light did not make the tag look any better, the left side looks too off. Tone down the light, and focus on the colours and the stock. Your stock needs to stand out from everything else.
