Storm weathered coffee beans!

The Emmi Caffe Latte Mocha I bought at the grocery store to try says this as how they make the coffee on the back:

Arabica Coffee from India - Malabar coffee beans grow on teh West coast of India, around Mangalore. After harvest, the beans are exposed to monsoon rains for several days to moisten them. They are then dried for several weeks, in the monsoon winds giving the coffee it's unique mild taste.

They put nature and bad storms to good use. How inventive.

Actually when you get it, it's a drink already, not coffee beans. It's pretty good.
