Many of you might not care about Sum 41 anymore if you ever did, it's no secret they haven't had raving success the past couple albums, but Steve Jocz, drummer for Sum 41 since its inception over 17 years ago, has officially parted ways with the band, releasing just this statement thus far: Like I said, most may not care or even know that Sum 41 was still making music, but this was one of my favorite bands growing up and is still special to me.
It's not uncommon to see a band split up. In this day and age it can happen in as little as a few years. I think seventeen years is something to be proud of. I never really listened to their music but I'm sure there are a lot of disappointed fans out there.
