Steam gets it right again. Giving the gamers what they want, not what the corporates THINK they want. Will this be a game changer? Hopefully. Steam has always been molding itself to shape what the gamers want. Let's see if this will have an effect and change the relationship between gamers, publishers, and developers.
I love this, it's such an obvious and clever idea, I really hope it goes well and shapes how decisions are made on future market places aswell.
Pretty much this and what OP said. And it's making me fall in love with indie games after being introduced to so many treasures, like Routine (<33333) and Octodad.
