Spyro: Ripto's Rage Super Flame Question

    If you manage to collect everything in the game (talismans, gems, and orbs), then when you get to Dragon Shores, you gain access to the permanent super flame, but I saw a video showing the super flame in action on a completely new game, and it was legitimate.

    How do you obtain the super flame on a completely new game?
