All right, I think this qualifies for the Discussion forum, but if not, then by all means, please move the thread to the proper forum. :3 Okay, so, as everyone knows, in order for the game, Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly, to be released on its release date, the company had to make the developers do a rush job on the game, resulting in some flaws. Not only flaws with gameplay, but also technical flaws. These flaws include several glitches (yes, no game is perfect, but this game had more flaws than an ordinary game that didn't get a rush job), 1 world, 9 levels, controlling issues, low FPS. All of the technical issues, such as FPS, controlling issues, etc. were fixed in the Greatest Hits version. The game was originally supposed to be like this: Source. To be honest, I'd rather have had the game get delayed so the developers would have had more time to work on it than have had it how it turned out, and I only discovered what it was supposed to be like earlier this year. However, even with those flaws, I still quite enjoyed the game. The breath attacks were interesting, as well as the graphics. Now that I've gotten my opinions out, what does everyone else think?
Moved it to gaming. I've never played it myself. I somewhat forgot about Spyro after the PS1 and they never had that many adverts for it where I lived at the time of it's release. I would have enjoyed playing it probably as it still seems to be the like the originals. I wouldn't have really noticed any flaws myself at that age as it was pretty common for the games I played to fall through walls and the likes.
Yeah, same here. It was one of the first PS2 games that I got when I was a lot younger, and I didn't pay attention to that, I just concentrated on having fun. The only glitch that I knew of, which I actually discovered myself without outside sources, was the swim in air bug, which is accomplished by going through a certain spot on the net fence while underwater in the area where the boat is to go to the Luau Island level.
