*Spoilers!* Reaper Death Seal and The 4th Theory

Okay, I have a theory about the 4th Hokage. During the fight between The 3rd Hokage and Orochimaru, The 3rd summoned the Death God via Reaper Death Seal and proceded to explain it. He said that the summon takes the life of the sealer and the seal-ee (yes, I made that word up) and eats them to forever fight in this stomach. So, If the 4th used this in his fight with the Kyuubi, the Kyuubi would not be in Naruto, and they would both be in the Death God's stomach, therefore the 4th did not use the Reaper Death Seal to seal the Kyuubi and could be still alive (or the Demon sealed in Naruto isn't the Kyuubi - not likely).

You cannot escape the Death God. It's the most dangerous jutsu shown, and you risk your soul as a cost.

Yondaime is dead, but who he is fighting is unknown. Good point there.
