358/2 Days *Spoilers* Did Roxas have 100% of Sora's power?

If you played 358/2 days (or at least watch the cut scenes) you will see that Roxas managed to beat Xion who is a near-perfect copy of Sora and Saix who was a worthy opponent to Sora.
Does this mean that Roxas is as powerful as Sora?

 

In a sense yes he is as strong as Sora being that he is technically Sora and thus having all of his strengths...most have argued weather or not Roxas was actually more powerful than Sora...however in the fight where Roxas vs Sora the result is shown that Sora was the strongest because of his friends and strength of his heart(?) in think...
