http://www.spiralknights.com/ I started playing the beta, and it has recently been released to the public. It's pretty fun gameplay, despite the apparent lack of plot so far. I'm hoping that quests will be implemented at some point. It's still young, so give it a chance. The energy system isn't too bad, as you can often earn enough crowns in a venture to be able to trade for CE to go venturing again, etc. My username is Pika. Thanks to the reset after the beta, I'm still just starting out, but that's where most people are lying at the moment.

Is the server currently down or something? Because I just signed up and everything and downloaded the game but whenever I try to log in it says "Failed to Connect To Server". Edit: Never mind, it is working now. Second Edit: Loads of fun. I am enjoying this.
So multitasking my homework with this. I've played a total of maybe three minutes and I can definitely see the LoZ comparison. Haven't done much, moved around a few paces, killed some jelly cubes(?), and picked up some items. I kind of like it. Name's Lanancuras (anyone get the reference?). I don't like how it doesn't install on my computer (unless I did something wrong?) instead it downloads everytime you play? At first, there was no sound. That was a big minus for me. But when I restarted it, there was sound. I'm digging the music
It should make it possible to launch as an application from the desktop or something similar. It's a tad odd the first time you play, but I know you don't have to download each time, and it's not browser based. (Or at least, it doesn't have to be.) And yeah, the music's good.
When I hit quit there was a pop up asking me if I wished for a shortcut on the desktop. Otherwise, the program file must be somewhere else as well. Oh yeah, my username on it is Monochromex (because just 'Monochrome' was already taken. >>")
Guys. Good idea. We make an SK group. That way we can gather the whole comunity of Spiralers (best word ever. I swear to god it is.) and play togethor. Who knows, we could even get more people into the game, and the game is definitely deserving of the attention. What do you guys think of that? ^^ ...Oh, and...*CoughBUMPcough*
