Ah, this second part is going to be a bit aggravating.

London perhaps? It's governed by Parliament (staff) and the leaders are elected (applications and interviews) and there's one figurehead who's synonymous with the city even though they don't do much for the whole community (spdude).

London and Las Vegas are fairly interesting. Everything is going to look like Piccadilly Circus with the current combination so far however.

Also of note, I am not simply accepting one city but as many cities as possible. I do have a few default cities of choice on standby myself, in addition - more for geographic usage than for usage relevant to KH-Vids. Let the aforementioned give you an idea of what the climate and geography will be like. Thank you again for all of your assistance.

Trufax, there are towns in Oklahoma called Pink and Slaughterville. I don't know where they are exactly but I always hear the newscasters telling people there to get in their shelters during tornado season, lol.

 

There is a place called Stupidville in Ohio.
