Ehh, while it would be fun to make soundboards, I don't see it worthy of needing a whole section for it. As a small community project it would be neet.
I've never seen a soundboard of Kingdom Hearts, or any game for that matter (Though, i've never looked). I would have to say no since it seems like such a random suggestion with no real purpose.
It's basically a flash thing with buttons that you click to hear sounds or quotes. I seriously don't see the need for this, because there's hundreds of sound boards out there already on places like Newgrounds. If you want to share a soundboard you made, you could just easily post a thread in the spamzone with a link. There's no real purpose to this suggestion. If it was a section for everything flash based, then I'd say something slightly different, but my response would still be no.
