Dark Roxas- ahh, harry potter xD er don't like the movies or the actor, but the background is nice. The font could do with some work, but the whole thing is bright and vibrant. GJ :D

Ris- Lovely background, you can use the brush tool so much better than me. The image is nice too. GJ =]

GX- Lovely, the background is nice, the effects as well. Great image, good job =]

Special Mention: no_reality_allowed- have to credit you some way. agreed

C4E - You know I like your work a hell lot. Loving the pen tool. Good image to work with as well. The sharpen effect on here adds a plus. The circle is a bit iffy. And the line that surfaced on her can be a bit smaller. Otherwise, first place material.
Ris - I'm liking this one. Great flow, and the pen tool looks great. I also like the pirate flag in the back. The text needs work, and you need more better colors. Otherwise, GJ.
Dark Roxas - Good entry as far as I can see. The render flows greatly and the colors are nice. Text is better than your usual too. GJ, man. Keep improving.

If I had a 4th and 5th, GX and NRA would definitely come man.

 

Ris~ I absolutely love the texture and flow to this sig, great job.
..:::Gh3T7o²|X3Mn45:::..~ Nice use of smudging, however, the flow seems a little off to me.
C4E~ While not my favorite style ever, you pulled if excellently. Flow is amazing, colors are astounding, and overall fits perfectly.

GX: I love the colors around the guy's head and the arrows...
NrA: Topic made me lol. I love the syranges around her head. xD
DR: It's Harry Potter, so it deserves a vote. I like the colors. Needs a bit more though dear. :P

 

Ghetto Xemnas - The flow colors and everything looks great.

Ris - I like it a lot altough it could use some more color.

Dark Roxas - I love the flow, but the effects seem a bit plain.

 

C4E: Love the pentool, the colors and the flow, but take away the circle.

Ris: Nice :3, the pentool and the pirate flag in the background are very good, but the colors are kind of monotone =/.

GX: The flow and the use of effects are very good, too the colors.

 

C4E: Really creative, and really original.
