Sora's mother most likely reacted like any other caring mother. When her son didn't come down to eat, she probably yelled for him in frustration and eventually came up to see the window open and his raft gone. With an oncoming storm, and the rough waves, she would feel frantic about him leaving on his own, until the heartless overtake the world and it disappears (?) Once it is restored and Kairi goes back to do school girl shtuff, everyone forgets about Sora, because his memories are scattered. Once he wakes up in KHII, she probably remembers and is mourning or w/e IDK WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK I AM? NOMURA???
Sora's mom killed him for not coming to dinner. All of the Kingdom Hearts series is his dying dream. That's why the amount of sense it makes at this point comes out to a grand total of "**** all."
