I have Action Replay version 3.3, but I think it works for each version. I have tried these codes on both of my Sonic Advance 3 games so it works with any Sonic Advance 3 game. Oh, and don't worry about the main menu that says press start haveing the color a little off if you are using the blink red code, it doesn't affect anything. Change main character into tails. If you use this code then it will change the character you are using into tails. You can use this by selecting any character and choosing your partner as tails, then you will play as tails with your partner as tails. The moves for that are: Press A to jump (not spin jump), Press B to to tail spin, Press A in the air to fly. You cannot roll up into a ball and you cannot do tag team actions or your game will freeze. If you want to play as Tails and Tails without being invincible, simply start the game with the action replay on, then when you get in a level, turn off the action replay. Notice that the type symbol on the top will be a glitch block, but this doesn't affect anything.
