Okay, well, I'm not sure if this is in the right spot or not, because it's a cross between Original Work and Anime and Manga. Anyway... This is a manga I'm planning on doing, it is called 'Diary of a Death Wish.' It will hopefully have 9 Volumes, so far I've written the storyline for the first four, so I will give you them, I will upload the rest later. Volume 1 Luna (ルナ 'Runa') a seven-year-old girl who was murdered five years before the events, leaves her diary in the hands of an angel named Hiroshi (宏 'He-ro-shii'). Once she is in Heaven, he returns it to her, but through five years of boredom, she gives it to the human world, where high school student, Leon Takashi (レオン隆 'Rii-on Takashii') finds it on his way out of school. Luna, not realising that Leon has taken the diary for experimentation, is informed by Hiroshi that if a human takes it as their own, whenever she visits their world, that human can see and communicate with her. Also, Luna is informed that now whatever is written in the diary will become true. Luna, before dropping it in the human world, left instructions for the person who picked it up. Leon, not believing in the instructions until he conducted an experiment, decides he would use it for his personal gain. Though, to Leon's surprise, the police have caught on sooner than he thought, along with the police an unknown detective has taken an interest in the case. Luna then decides it is time to meet the person who has taken her diary. Although, just as Luna arrives, Leon's sister Rina (理名 'Rii-na') touches the diary enabling her to now see Luna and discovers Leon's secret. Volume 2 Leon's school year is coming to an end, so instead of using the diary, he concentrates on his exams, making the police and the unknown detective more suspicious. While studying, Luna decides to go and visit Hiroshi, after Rina disappears for a week. Hiroshi informs Luna of his observations, and Luna goes to find her, after telling Leon her information. Leon takes his end of year exams with the worry of his sister's disappearance. Luna then finds Rina spying on the police's investigation, learning her brother's name has been given as Kaid (カイド 'Ka-iid'), standing for: Killer.and Abuser.In.Disguise. Leon finishes his end of year exams and gets ready for Summer Vacation, while Rina and Luna gather more information on the investigation. Luna then heads back to fill Leon in that his sister has been found and extra details they had found, causing Leon to do more work in the diary, which causes Rina to see the investifation take a new turn, and also discovers the unknown detective's true identity. Volume 3 Leon decides to spend the first two weeks of his Summer Vacation using the diary to keep suspicions down for a while, he then decides to be a normal teenager and spend time with his friends. Rina decides to go on a holiday with her friend, both teenagers being away from the diary causes Luna to become bored. After deciding to go visit Hiroshi, Luna is told that his soul has been destroyed after informing Luna confidential information, causing Luna to go into a deep depression. Leon decides to use the diary to cheer up Luna, though Rina soon returns with the unfortunate news that their father has passed on. After attending their father's funeral, Leon runs away to his father's old tree house to cry alone, through his anger and upsetness, Leon burns the diary, whilst Luna watches, she slowly begins to fade away and Leon and Rina begin to forget who she is. Meanwhile, the police investigation continues, and now the American F.B.I have become involved, not realising, Kaid doesn't even know who he is. Volume 4 Now that Luna has returned to Heaven, Leon and Rina return to their normal lives, and have forgotten all about Luna. Suspicions arise, as the unknown detective, now known as Shou (翔 'Sho-oo') has now decided he will enroll in the high school to look for unusual activity, as he suspects it may be a student using the diary, as he researches the patterns of the killings and abusings. After a week of Shou being at school, Leon is becoming a prime suspect, as Shou thinks he is too normal. Rina continues her watch on the investigation, as she decides she wants to get involved after discovering a friend of hers is in possession of Luna's diary. Meanwhile, Luna mourns over Hiroshi and begins on a journey to find every record and fact about him. Shou gives the police the details and suspicions of Leon, sending one of the group, Kyou (杏 'Key-yo-oo') to hire Leon as a member of their force. Rina informs Leon of his job appointment and visiter, Kyou, and begs him to say no. When Kyou arrives, Leon accepts the job offer in an agreement that Rina was able to attend the meetings. I'm sorry, the story itself has too many similarities with Death note. I don't know if that was you intention or not.
If you want honest feedback: this is not good. It is a blatant imitation of a certain series mentioned twice already. It doesn't use elements from Death Note or use that series as inspiration; it is the same thing changed up enough to pass for "original" in your eyes. I assure you no one else will be under the same illusion. You also have a bad habit of putting pronunciation (incorrect ones in some cases) keys behind your names, that makes you seem like an uneducated weeaboo. You write in English, use English, if you want to describe a name as different just spell it phonetically and stop trying to pretend that you are something that you most clearly are not. Based on this I don't know if you don't know what you're doing or if you're just not trying, either way I cannot say I was particularly fond of any part of this. Perhaps you need to rethink your situation and start over with something that is your own rather than someone else's.
