I just got the Insanity package all ready, and I'm going to be starting soon. I'll have to figure out how to play it downstairs on our TV, but I'm going to be doing this workout no matter what.
I don't know what you are talking about. If you are talking about exercising, pushing yourself too much just for the sake of "doing it no matter what" is a terrible idea. Respect your limits or it will bite you in the ass. Taking things slow also generally works better.
No one said I'm going to the point of throwing up. You should look up what it is if you don't know anything about it
When did I say anything about throwing up?? Lol sorry for giving advice / caring. I'll be sure not to do that next time.
"pushing yourself for the sake of 'doing it no matter what'" is where I got that from. Haven't you seen Biggest Loser? Those guys are ridiculous, and they actually go to the point of throwing up...which the instructors apparently find a good thing
except those scenes are filmed late in the day, not in the beginning and the instructor's push them far beyond what's healthy. it's all for ratings mate.
I know, that's what I already said. The fact that the instructor will push someone to the point of throwing up and say it's a good thing is downright ludicrous. At least if you ask me
It's good n' all that you're getting the exercise but that's only half of it, and if you're doing something like Insanity you're gonna want a lot of protein. You gotta eat right too.
I can't wait until your body doesn't know what the **** is happening and starts to hold onto calories more than it does now in panic.
