    I thought it was plants changin oxygen & water to glugose (sugar) & carbon dioxide

    Basically it's C3 photosynthesis minus the RuBisCO bi-product, thus resulting in no photorespiration.

    Actually I'm pretty sure that RuBisCo is an enzyme and not just a byproduct. Other than that, you pretty much said it.
