Implemented Social Groups by Waindigo

It may not be the greatest thing in the world, but it is a free add-on. It wouldn't be too hard to hide the category on the main index and add a new tab in the navbar. There's also the option to disable postcount, as well as some other options. I don't know how well importing old groups would work with this, but this would be nice to have short-term, at least. Thoughts?

I've actually been working with this for a week or two. It requires some rather in-depth configuration so I wanted to get it all sorted out before releasing it to everyone. I have mostly finished though, and it's about the equal of what we had with vBulletin. The major drawback was a conflict in using the imported data from vB, which I have found a solution to--it's not super pretty but it works. If all goes well you guys should see them go up by the end of the week.
