    There's snow everywhere...
We haven't had snow like this in forever.
My job is closed and I don't have to go in now. : D

Go out and make some angels in that mother.

Tsk tsk That's not something you ask a lady, y'know.

About 8 inches right now, I think. It's awful.

We got about that much or a foot, I think. I know Portland got a foot -- probably more.

And it's not bad, it's awesome. Got it? Good.

Your constant insisting that snow is good will never make me change my mind about it.

Damn, I wish that would happen to me. Though Target wouldn't close even with a bomb going off, I'm sure. When every place was closed during a winter storm the other week, target was still open (although a winter storm in Texas is laughable when comparing to some place with actual place)

You can give me your snow, if you'd like.

As for the school closings, they don't close over here unless things get extremely bad, so I'm guessing your area normally probably doesn't get a lot of snow in the winter... or does it?

in winter we either get no snow or a lot of snow, this is one of those years where we get a lot apparently[DOUBLEPOST=1392329661][/DOUBLEPOST]and our schools dont normally close but this is some apocalyptic snow storm. or so it was made out to be.

I'm a snowboarder. Snow is love; snow is life. Got a problem with that?

So your winters are basically unpredictable.

We typically get a lot of snow every winter, so our state is better equipped to handle it. So far, from what I've experienced personally, this winter (2013 - 2014), which isn't over yet, and our 2004 - 2005 winter (I think) have been the only winters with not so much snow. In fact, in 2005 we had a drought due to a severe lack of snow.

Where I live snow doesn't really happen. Just a light dusting and everyone goes home early from work/school.

Nothing like this Snowacalypse bull on Facebook. We went out today for the first time in two days and there were MOUNTAINS of snow piled up in parking lots and stuff. I'm like wtf is this we're not supposed to get this kind of snow here.

It's supposed to be out of here by the end of today/early tomorrow and things are opening and stuff today, but it's still difficult for people to leave their homes because of ice/roads being horrible.
