So today in english(tough choices)

We were told that we get to take the PSAT's. So I'm hoping for around 1800-2000.

The only bad thing is it is on a wedsday(which is late start at my school) at 8am.

 

Have fun with that.

I get to take it in like two weeks, I know I'm going to destroy the math section already, based on the practice one we took last year. Thank god I'm good at critical reading and pretty much everything that's not math-related on that test. :|

 

Don't sweat it man. Relax and you should do fine, most of the math/reading is stuff you've learned years before. The PSAT and SAT are all about tricking you, even if you're staring the answer directly in the face. Be calm and you should do well.

With that being said, remember the PSAT stands for PRACTICE SAT. You can get scholarships if you do well but in the end its just to help you see what's on the real deal, so dont fret.

 

Yeah, to be honest the hardest part is sitting in a room for the amount of time that you do.

I felt like running afterwards. xD

 

I'm not sure if I want to take it or not, but if I do I fully expect to get the lowest grade in history.

God only knows why I'm in Honors classes.

 

Yeah I bet, we have to sit in the cafeteria while the juniors get the library.

I remember taking the PSAT's last year in Sophomore year... on my birthday. D:

The day we take it this year is a day before my b-day now. DD: And this time, the scores matters as Juniors. DDD:

It's because we're upperclassmen, we automatically get better things. :'D

 

I don't remember how I did on the PSATs. Though I can safely say that my lowest score was in math.

I pretty much killed at the rest.

Just gonna throw this out there, I have to take finals on my birthday. .-.
Last year was French, which was kind of a joke anyway, but in the past it's been math and Latin. :/8D:

So yeah. PSATs won't be bad. xD

My french=win

"Alright this weeks assignment is learn how to book a plane ticket, and get a hotel room in france."
Last years final- "Well we don't need to take a final because this class is getting canceled next year."
but it didn't in someway, they have french 2 still but french 1 was canceled. Next year all that will be left is spanish.
And not even the good spain spanish, its the mexico spanish.

Mine was like 40 pages long, though it was almost all multiple choice, and the fill-ins I didn't understand I either made stuff up with endings that looked right or left it blank.
...And I think for one of them I just drew :D.

Then there was some kind of fake survey we had to respond to in French, I answered most of them and then the ones I didn't understand at all I wrote "Je ne comprende pas la question" and I actually got points for it.

And that's where ten years of French got me. 8D

 

I'll do that sometimes, a fill-in-the-blank and I'll draw a duck in the blank. Teachers aren't sure how to react the first time. Lulz ensue.

 

Seniors dont take finals at my school. :'D

 

The way I remember it. Senior took finals earlier than the underclassman. Then it was like...community service and graduation stuff.

My college finals were easy.
