I find out that the thing barely fits. For crying out loud, we got those things a few weeks ago and now they don't fit? I mean seriously, they were slightly bigger than me when I got them, and now they're that small? How the heck do shorts shrink so fast? I know I gotta work out a little more, but this is ridiculous

Did you wash them any? Clothes shrink when they get washed.

yeah I washed them. They shrunk so much in the few times they've been washed. I hope my other pair don't shrink as fast

I think it just might be from the washing. I don't think you could have eaten that much now.

you should have seen what I had at the Japanese Steak House. Although, those places usually give you a lot.
Even still, I do know I've gotta exercise. Maybe I can get myself into running around the area every morning or something, since I keep waking up before 8AM(which sucks)

Been awake since 5 this morning (Stupid work). I usually do my exercise at night when it's cool outside. Plus I get to watch all the teeball, baseball and softball games that are going on at the time.

I've been doing them at night before I go to bed, but since I always get tired around 10 or so, I try to do them before that. But since I get distracted so easily, it always goes past that time, and I just have no energy to exercise. What I need is a personal trainer. No seriously, I need someone to help teach me how to exercise, and push me when I can't push myself

Personal trainers cost to much. Get a friend to exercise with you and then you can just look up workout routines online or order some off tv or online. If you have someone doing it with you, it's more fun cause you have someone who is doing it with you, and you can make sure that each of you is doing the workout.

don't exactly know anyone around here XD.
But my parents do have a workout thing, PX-something-or-another, and I would do it, but I like to exercise on my own. It's just annoying when people judge how you exercise, and my parents do it all the time

p90x. Thats a good workout. I have done a little on that one. I done a few different ones, with friends and by myself. Its all about finding what works for you really. I personally can't do a lot of squats, or jumps because I have bad legs and no balance, and how my build is. I can do stuff with arms all day, just not my legs. The only thing I can do with legs, and my favorite exercise, is walking. I walk about hour an half to two hours a day, a few days a week. And if you don't have anybody to workout with, then you can just get somebody that makes sure that you do it. They don't have to watch, but you can just have bug the ever living tar out of you until you do it.

I'm more balanced sometimes than other times, but I'm better in the legs with workouts. I'm not perfect, but it's not like my arms are any good. Although I'm working on it. But yeah, squats I've never really been the greatest at, but I do them now and again so I get into the habit of it. The one thing I can't do any more is sit-ups though. I mean it, I literally can't do them anymore because
I've got this thing on my butt that actually starts bleeding with any pressure, and even without that, I always feel like a needle or something is getting shoved up there when I do sit-ups.

That sucks about that thing. But there are alternatives to doing sit-ups that produce the same results. Their is one where you can lay on your back (if that doesnt hurt you to do that), and you put your legs together and just raise then lower them a bit over the floor. Its like doing sit-ups, just you move your legs, rather than your upper body

...you do know those are called leg lifts, right? And actually, I did those when i was in CAP. And MAN WERE THOSE ANNOYING!! Ok, maybe I should rephrase that. I didn't find the exercise annoying, per se, it's just that the higher ups would have us keep our legs up until we all responded correctly. There was one time that we kept our legs up for around 6 minutes or so without rest. At the end I was struggling not the fail. I'm not exactly the greatest in the abdomen area
