How this thread feels being new here and liking everyone involved.

 

So I don't know if you know this Cam- but we've barked up this tree before, with the people in mind, many many times in years passed.

Look where we are now.

Though if there were a way to put it so posts going forward count, I'd advocate it. I come on here at night and there are never very many posts. I don't feel the sanctity of premium would be lost. Heck, what would I gain, six extra posts a day? Means I don't have to ruin the sanctity of all those sections I really don't WANT to post in. PLUS, couldn't we turn off the counting if activity increased and posts got more on the silly side? This is, afterall, where all the premium members and members who've made a name for themselves come to unwind. It's like the other sections are there for us to spam a thousand times then leave and stop caring about.

 

The spamzone spans all topics, it's everything in one place and everyone in one place. We don't have to be specialists here. We can let the conversation flow where it needs to be. We can post mixed media, discussion, debate, anything. There are no bounds. The lack of direction and rules is the strength of this section, it allows terrible dumb things to happen; it allows great epic things to happen. That's just it, without direction, we're free to do anything and when we're free of constraints and able to work in that idealized plane is where our best and worst ideas can come out. Say what you want about the spamzone. Say it's shit. Say it's stupid. Say it's "just spam". But to me it's where I can post a quest thread, a wish thread, a giveaway thread, anything. It's where we can really connect and get to know each other as members. So I love the spamzone above all other sections and I will continue posting all my content here. Thanks.
