They're tomorrow. I'm gonna die. It says I need a CD player. WHO THE F*CK EVEN USES THOSE ANYMORE? If someone has taken the SAT recently, please enlighten me. Do I really need a CD player?
Since when do SATs require CD players? O.o I don't remember how long ago I took mine. Maybe over a year ago. I didn't need one. XD
Only if you're taking a language with a listening section. As in a Subject Test. And it's best to have spare batteries for it too. Believe me.
I actually own a CD player, but it won't play any CD's where it has ripped files. So, it's practically useless, which is why I invested into my iPod. But I didn't have to use it, althought what Firekeyblade said makes a lot of sense.
Also, the SAT II Language Subject tests with Listening are only available in November. So tough luck if something happens. And it appears they only have CDs that are to be played to take the test. My CD player malfunctioned near the beginning so i never got very far. I'm somewhat redeeming myself tomorrow. I say somewhat because I don't really care for the Chinese Listening test since I don't really know Chinese.
Well, I'm just taking the general SATs that everyone takes for collage. So I assume that's a no? ...Why were you taking a Chinese Listening test?
Lol, this is funny because I asked about the CD player to my friends last year when I took the SATs, and they all made fun of me. ;-;
*facepalm* I gave the reason why. And I'm looking at my admission ticket right now and it says I quote "An acceptable CD player with earphones and fresh batteries(for any Language with Listening Subject Test)".
