I like it, but this brand has added spearmint into the mix and I'm not really fond of my tea tasting like tic-tacs.

Anyone have any good brand recommendations? Hell, let's turn this into a tea rec thread.

Green tea makes me nauseous, whatever fruit they put in it. If it' s a brand you' re looking for my favorite is Lipton' s Gold Tea.

However I very rarely buy branded tea. There' s a little shop in my town selling artisanal tea and coffee, it' s a tad pricier but it tastes infinitely better. Plus they have so many different blends I haven' t bought the same twice yet. If there' s this kind of shop in your area I definitely recommend you to give it a try.

This is the only tea I like to drink.

My mom can't make tea for **** and neither can I so this is usually what I resort to.
I also don't like "Sweet Tea" which is really common here so I rarely drink tea.

Not a lipton fan. Too sugary, when the point of Green Tea is how natural it is.

    IT'S MADE FROM LEAVES.

Bless you Shadowjak and all your endeavors.

If you're looking for brewed hot teas, definitely try: Lady Grey, Prince of Wales, Earl Grey, Darjeeling Tea, Irish Breakfast Tea... there's too much.
I generally add just a tinsy bit of milk in mine, to give my tastebuds a run for their money.

I think I saw some of that at the grocery store. Is that all green tea or black tea? Black tea, I luckily have my brand (I really love Red Rose) but I'm willing to go try new things.

I love drinking Arizona tea; my favorite one is cherry lime.

Did you know that there was once a man who drank so much green tea that it made him go mad?

Like I said, neither of us can make tea well so that's usually what I settle for. If you want to come here and be my personal tea-maker I would really appreciate it.

    THIS

Also, it really depends on if you're in for convenience or experience

For convenience: Try Red Rose Black Tea, I believe it's won multiple taste awards. YOU ALREADY DRINK RED ROSE BLESS YOU this is what I get for skimming the thread

Celestial Seasonings makes nice teas as well and I am fond of their green tea in particular. If you've only tried green tea in a bag, a word of caution about loose-leaf green, as it can be very much a different animal (the best way I can describe it is... grassy?). Celestial Seasonings infuses many of their green teas with a white tea, which makes for a very smooth and mild taste.

If you've got time and patience to spare though, loose leaf brewing is the way to go. Adagio makes great loose leaf teas and pots/cups/etc.: www.adagio.com

I have their IngenuiTEA brewer and I would recommend the chai sampler, especially rooibos vanilla chai which might in fact be my favorite tea lol. I'm not sure if you'd like the thai chai, which tastes sort of like curry imo, not for everybody. I can't recall many of the black teas I got from them as I don't have any of my tea stuff with me right now (cries forever) but iirc their Earl Grey Bravo was good, and they had a Christmas tea up last year that was nice too (but don't over-brew that, it becomes bitter -- there are instructions on brewing temps + times for every tea so it's best to set a timer).
