    As in, it already comes with English voice-overs on the Japanese version, but only on the main movie, not the extra stuff like "Way to a Smile" or whatever its called (the one where Cloud rides his bicycle)

    I laugh at how bad it is. They didn't re edit any of the older scenes so it looks incredibley obvious whenever a new scene appears

    Yes, it's worth buying a movie to see new scenes that don't aid the plot any in HD. It'd make sense to me if the whole movie as HD but they aren't.

    All of the scenes are in HD, with improved texture, lighting, reflections, etc. There are new scenes, like Kadaj's meeting with Rufus, Elena and Tseng's encounter with Kadaj, Yazoo, and Loz, Denzel meeting Cloud and Tifa for the first time, scenes of discrimination against people with geostigma, Reno and Rude helping Cloud fight Yazoo and Loz on the highway, more moments with Zack, etc, that either add to the backstory or help the movie flow better, overall making the movie more complete, as the subtitle suggests.
