"Even though I live 15 minutes away from Akihabara, I'd much rather buy my games from Play Asia. I've ordered over 100 games from Play Asia and couldn't be more satisfied. Long live Play Asia!"
I was looking for help and found that.
I was looking for help because its been like 3 weeks and I still haven't gotten my pokemon game. They told me it was shipped out on September 11.

Honestly I'd stay away from Play-Asia if the game you want is:

A.) New and in high demand
    B.) A pre-order
C.) Not stocked and in low demand, especially if it's an older title (like eight months or older I'd say)

It's not that they're a bad company, but they often have trouble getting the item to you if any of the above apply to it. I ordered a game from them back in July that wasn't in stock and was marked as "usually ships in 1 week"; three weeks later, I had no choice but to have them cancel my order and refund my money so I could order it from somewhere else. I highly doubt the item was in high demand and it came out back in 2007, so they probably just had trouble getting a hold of a copy for me. What bothers me is that the description still states that it'll ship in one week on its page. As for the other two, I've read about issues with new items in high demand and especially preorders. They seem to run out of stock on them fast and/or they're not able to get the item out to everyone who orders right away -- I don't know why, but it seems like they always underestimate the demand for popular/preorder items.
I've made other orders from them too though; my first came through fine, shipped out within a few days I believe, and arrived at my door a week and a half later; the other shipped out within hours of placing my order and is in the mail right now. One thing I can say about Play-Asia, their customer service was great in my experience with them. Their regular shipping may be slow and they may have hiccups with some items, but their customer service is good and they will get your item to you eventually, as long as it's not a limited stock item (in which case they may e-mail you to tell you they had to cancel your order for lack of enough stock).

If you get sick of waiting, just shoot them an inquiry asking them to cancel and refund your money. When I did for my order (the one with the issue I wrote about above), I got a prompt reply which did exactly as I asked.

EDIT: OH LOL I misread your post. They've already shipped it xD. GOD AND I TYPED ALL THAT UP.

Sometimes the package gets lost in the mail, and sometimes customs holds onto it. If it's really expensive and/or you tracked it, you may even have to sign for it, so it could be at the post office for that too. There's really nothing to do except check there; I don't know the proper procedure for trying to get a refund for lost mail. Hell, I don't even think you can unless it's insured. Sorry. =/

I could understand if they want someone to sign it and thats why I haven't gotten it yet. Since No one's home around the time I get mail(unless of course the mail mans late).

A week and a half late? I doubt it; I could see that around the holidays when mail gets really backed up but not during September. Also, usually when they want you to sign for it they leave a slip in your mailbox to let you know they stopped by and when they'll be coming again, so make sure to check.
I believe if you contact Play-Asia after a while about the package they can make a Lost Parcel Inquiry, but of course that should only be done if you're certain it got lost.

Now I'm sort of worried about my package >>;. It shipped on the 21st and it isn't here yet. Supposedly it'll take up 'til Thursday though, but I'm still a bit nervous.

I just checked Play-Asia's reviews on ResellerRatings and it looks like their reviews have dropped considerably since July (They were around 8.70/10 then I believe). Now they're way down at 8.21 and barely clinging to the top 100. I wonder if the worldwide financial issues are getting to them, or maybe they're under new management? It could be any number of things but it looks like a lot of people are in the same boat as you are. Sometimes if you leave a bad review on ResellerRatings they'll give you a voucher and resend it or give you a refund or something, so you could try that if nothing else works.

I'll contact playasia if I don't get it today.
It would kind of suck if I had to reorder it from somewhere else. Because that would be the second time I had to reorder it. Because I first bought it off an actually japanese site, but they ran out so they gave me my money back, so I went to playasia.

I've heard YesAsia is nice and you could always try eBay. Play-Asia is normally okay, or I guess I should say they were okay a year ago >> I have no idea what's going on now.

    Well...You're weird.

In all seriousness though, either you both are really lucky or a bunch of people -- including myself -- are just really UNLUCKY. Although compared to problems some other people have had, mine wasn't so bad.
