So I started watching Merlin

    And all I have to say so far(I'm on episode 1), is that Merlin isn't old, Arthur is kind of a dickbag, Merlin is dramatic, and I keep laughing at him fighting with Arthur. Oh and Eve Myles is gorgeous as ever.

    It keeps making me squeal because of bravery and how noble they all are and near death experiences and dragons and monsters and witches, it's so exciting

    And I'm only on episode 6, like, even supernatural didn't hook me in until season 3.

    Isn't Merlin supposed to be about the Merlin's early years? Or am I thinking of something else?

    Kind of I guess, but Arthur is his age as well. The story has been messed with and re-written. It's not bad though, it's really interesting
