Some people want to play things legitimately. Some people want to emulate. Some people want to watch themselves play on an HD TV. Some people are happy with playing their **** on a comp. Don't question.
I like IX better. Then again, I got stuck at one point because I need an item I don't have..... When you get to an abandoned town with white trees and stuff, don't go downstairs until you get a water ring.
I don't see the issue. I played and 100% finished FFVII. I loved the game. And I still play it today.
You know what I don't understand, why people hate FFVII these days, I understand the fandom is god awful I'm not denying that, but just because the fandom is bad doesn't mean the game is bad.
They associate it to Square Enix showing favoritism to a specific game in the series while ignoring their own favorite Final Fantasy game. Which is sad considering FFIV has gotten remade about half a dozen times. >> In either case, Type-0 will be better than any mainstream Final Fantasy game. I'm not biased dammit!
Every time I hear a person say the word "mainstream" I think their hipsters Oh and IV is my favorite FF of all time
