Been a while since I last edited a sig. Red is addicting *-* Spoiler And this too. (UTAU Vocaloid - Black Rock Shooter - Touhou) Yes I used similar effects on all three lol CnC will be appreciated c:
The first one is stunning! I love every aspect of it. Render, blending, colors, the white spot in the top right corner, just GAH! (Might be a lot to do with the render, but still) The second one, is good as well, but there is too much going on. I struggle to focus on one thing because the background is a little messy. But the render placement is good, but due there is too much stuff going on. Third one, I'm not too impressed by, after seeing number one and two. It's a little too plain for my taste. The color is nice, but the background seems just a little too "inserted," it doesn't flow too well. Also, is the render a bit blurry? Overall, though; very nice.
Well, I didn't actually make the background for all the sigs, I edited a whole picture into it xD /shot And the blur in the third sig is intentional. Thought it'd look good lol. Thanks for the comment <3 Glad you liked the first.
Red everywhere. Lol. I like the text in all three. But it fits better in some than others. I feel the first one and the last one pull it off better. I see how you used the soft brush effect with red and it looks quite well in the BRS one. But I feel as though there's a particular lack of effects and polish. Sometimes simple works. But if you're not going to use a lot of effects or flow in a signature, there are other ways to make it stand out. Like, making use of depth and lightning to make the signature more vivid or dimensional. But overall, these are very nice.
Wow pretty red :D I like the first one best because of how you didn't make a white of the background seem out of place you make it really fit and blend together.
Depth and lightning? They aren't bad, but I dislike red lighting. I prefer colder colours... You could have incorporated more colors into them, and I would like that over trying to blend into every render.
Yes, I believe it needs more lightning bolts that can be created with fractals. Problem? Nah, lol. I did mean lighting. Thank you, however unnecessary that was. as for the red colors, it's really something commonplace. The use of soft brushing to create some sort of light effect. The idea is to place emphasis on the focal, like the second one. And the red works because it draws attention. Anyhow, for the tags. Something I forgot to mention was the use of blur/sharpen. on the second tag, you have a busy background and then the focal point. Now, I would recommend blurring the background a bit, and sharpening the focal. This will create depth and give your tag more dimension. The third one could also use some sharpening, but be careful not to overdo-it.
These are good, very well done, and professional at that. I must say the first one looks the best in the red tint. Very subtle, yet gives it an appeal that is exciting to the eyes. It gives it more than just a black and white feel. As for the second, it is well done, i do like the position of the red rendering. However, for that one I would have suggested BRS's eye color blue instead of red. It would give it more of a BRS feel and also compliment the stock a lot better in my opinion. As for the third, I do like the red, but I think it would look better with the stock if the stock was more black and white. Other than that it does look good nonetheless. I like the text in all three, but I think it does look better in the first and second. Good job, they are well done.
Perfect, don't change a thing. [/getoutnovayoudon'tknowgfx] Those reds are gorgeous, don't listen to those guys up there. Absolutely stunning. I like the lighting, very dynamic. And the gradient blocks and text are a nice touch. Love the white space on that first one, doesn't feel at all out of place. Honestly, the most scathing critique I could give you is, you need to make MORE, RIGHT NOW.
While it does catch my attention, I prefer eye candy over eye catching, and eye candy these are not. And I dislike deep reds, mostly. They consist of a stock/render, maybe a C4D and tech brushing, some red lighting and that annoying tiny text brush. They are good for the amount of effort that went in, but not very good otherwise. My eyes are dragged to them, but they are not entirely pleased. True black, true white and true red bother me.
i actually like these very much! the second one could have had better lighting and be less blurry second we see some pixels on the first, but these are still awesome
