First one is okay. The background is certainly an appropriate style for Green Day, but there isn't enough variety in the color, and the render just looks slapped on. Try to add effects in front of the render to make it blend better. I'm not really into borders that aren't pure black either. The dissolve blending setting is also kinda iffy with me. Second one I prefer V2 by a long shot, the semi-transparent head isn't working for me. It has decent depth with the brushing sort of going around her, but again, it needs a better variety of color. The lighting effects are interesting, not a bad touch. You should look into C4D's, they're great for making effects and producing flow.
The green day sig, for some reason seems a bit wrong. I like how you decided to use circles, that is inovative, but it just seems like you splattered the image there among circles. The second....I'll say that the big other kairi, looks a bit blurry. You could do with that, but sharper, whereas V2 doesn't have that problem, but it looks somewhat plain because of it. Siggy 1 : 6/ 10 Innovative, new, crafty. Quality of picture looks good, but smothered under the circles it looks bad, and as if pasted there. Siggy 2 : 7/10 Good quality image, new idea played. Quite plain, and should be worked on some more. I must commend you, though...this sigs are quite original, they look nice.
