Yes, very random. Very random indeed. I have no idea what I was/am doing when I make graphics, I just turn on a song and let music dictate. And I found the image in a random Stock pack I downloaded.
It doesn't matter where you found it. That image isn't even supposed to be distributed. I swear, the lack of respect artists get sometimes REALLY gets under my skin now and then. If the artist specifically says "Yo, don't use my work. I worked really hard on this" why use it? Bottom line being this is NOT a stock photo, and it's within all rights of the original photographer to sue you for money, in which case he or she would win it. In fact this person has ALREADY taken legal action against those who have used or distributed the image. The following named parties are thus on my 'black-list' and put on notice that legal action is currently being sought against them: Wacken Records, Forever Slave, Harrison Hernandez."
