how do i beat him?

 

Well the best way to beat him is pretty much unlock all the extras from the different forms. Also get as many combo abilities as you can. Do aerial combos on him after blocking his six attacks he does. Also make it so you can access reflect ASAP for some extra damage.

If you're really stuck you could just level grind at the top of Pride Rock (think that's what it's called) in Pride Lands. When you go there, those little yellow Heartless guys will be all over. Cast Magnet and defeat them. When they're all gone, leave the area, go fight Heartless somewhere else, then come back. That's the fastest way I've found to gain levels.

I don't kno if this will help you, but the problem my brother had when he was trying to beat him was that he couldn't kill the last hit point of sephiroth because he had berserk on. Berserk is the one support ability where you can do endless combos, but you can never do a finishing move, so you can't finish off sephiroth with it. So if this is a problem you're having, then make sure berserk is turned off. The only other advice I can offer to you is to block like there's no tomorrow and level up your drive forms because they can be reely helpful when they're at high levels.

to defeat his descend heartless angel assuming your trying to beat him in kh2 you need to level your final forms glide ability to max then you should be able to use glide.=) glide is the only way to stop his descend heartless angel.:\

 

I don't remember just exactly how I beat him, but I do remember having lots of potions and things that restore MP. I think I used a Thunder to finish him off.... And used Ultimate Weapon... And was lv. 99... BUT I was also playing on Proud... I don't think I helped much.

 

Easy strategy: Equip Monochrome, use Trinity Limit, use Ether, use Trinity Limit, repeat.
For the record, he is immune to magic also.

 

I thought you couldn't use trinity limit alone.... I haven't played in a while, but i ALMOST always use thunder for a finishing move... Sorry bout that

 

sephiroth is not effected by magic.:\

how were you able to use trinity limit? did you use a code to do so or did you you use a full party code?

 

You can use it on your own.

When you try to use it alone you get to use the Break portion up to three times, but it's still strong enough to beat him without doing nothing else if you got max item slots.

 

i found a faster way. Go to the castle that never was, equip the gullwing keyblade, get your health to where its just at the point of flashing red, and kill everything in sight. the nobodies give you 3000 exp each (unless its a dusk or crawler or somthin like that)
