Digital Art Secret Ending Tag

I think this is my first OK Tag. Its of the Kingdom Hearts Secret ending (The Girl)
But i dont know her name so i have a big mouth full of words o.O Anyway, tell me what you all think and any Improvment, BUT I cant find the Smugde tool on ImageReady so thats out of the Question ^^'

:P I have Gimp but the only thing i use it for is The lighting and thats very Occasional.

I dont even know how to get brushes on there :-P

 

I know alot about GIMP, so feel free to pm me any time.....
Also, the border is abit too thick, and it's see through in some places.

 

:P Its ment to be see through but i can change the size.

 

I light it...but it's rather empty and waaaaay too blurry.

Try adding more to it with filters and brushes and such.
