Since so many people out there don't seem to know how to search for threads before posting new ones (though I think it should be quite obvious) I decided to make a tutorial of sorts. So say I wanted to make a thread called "What's your favorite member of Organization XIII?". The first thing I should do is go to the correct section. The most logical place would be the Kingdom Hearts II Section. So I go there, and I'm ready to make my thread. But wait! How do I know someone else hasn't already posted the same thread? Simple. I use the search function. I click the button and type in the main keyword of the thread I wanna make. Then I click go. It takes me to a page full of many many threads containing the word "Organization". And I spot it. The thread I wanted to make has already been made. So I go in the thread, post my answer, and I'm done. And I didn't have anybody yell at me. Yay! Also, in the KH2 section, there's this wonderful sticky with links to some of the most popular threads. Always look there before posting a new thread. Have fun searching!~
YAY! No more "What's your favorite Organization member?" Thread! :3 Noobs! Use this info! Thanks alot Amber! :3 I lub you! <3
It's not that folk dunno how to use the search function, they're just too lazy to use it. But for those daft members, it's a good tutorial. Or! They good use my sticky for such threads.
Nice, but... Will the noobs actually read this? Or will it go to the back pages never to be seen again...
I always read this thread thinking I haven't read it yet and thinking that some incredibly amazing secret of searching will be revealed, but then I figure out that I read this when it was posted.
