Help Scroll Down to Make a New Thread?

    Usually, the "Make a New Thread" option is on the top, but now it's on the bottom. It's been annoying me lately. Is this intentional or a glitch?

    Just like what Misty said--it's there because the moderator display always blocks the top one. It also depends on what kind of software you're using. I'm using my iPod touch and the display blocks the post a new thread button while if I was using my computer, it's not.
