I am wondering if there is a nice program out there on the internet that can get a nice screencap of a youtube video?
You can use Paint, it doesn't save in ****** quality anymore if you use .png. But honestly, you can use any program that you can paste a captured image into to save a screenshot, like Photoshop and Gimp (I think, I've never used it).

You could play in fullscreen and then hit prntscrn then paste in paint if you don't want to cut out just the image you want from the whole window. Or you could download the video and play it in a media player like VLC and save a screenshot from there.
