Site News Scheduled Downtime: Friday, December 20th

Hi everyone! I realize this is over a week away, but I wanted to post sooner rather than later. Within the Feedback & Assistance forum I've been promising for some time now that we'd be updating to a newer version of our forum software (Xenforo 1.2). After months of diligent work (or as diligent as a full time student/part time worker can be without losing her mind), we're finally ready!

Unfortunately I cannot provide any specific time frame for the update, as it is rather extensive. The downtime will likely commence midday on the 20th (GMT -5) and continue for a few hours. We'll likely be back up by the late afternoon.

Because this update has been long in the works, I promise it won't disappoint! It will bring a lot of new features and functionality to the site--but I'll hold off on detailing them until the update is completed. I don't want to ruin the surprise!

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the downtime causes, and hope it will be mitigated by advanced notice.

*cries because already knows all the new features* I remember the good ole days when I thought you all were witches/warlocks for making the site change in appearance. Now I know how it works and it takes all the fun away *sniff*

Misty's right, there are lots of improved/new features in the update everyone ^^ My favorite update is the **** Just kidding. Misty would kill me, blame it on Plums, let him go to jail, and then take back her reign of terr- ... I mean, Happy Holidays everyone!! ^^
