I cosplayed as a fairy ballerina and Mary Poppins once. I'm sure that guy had a good reason too.

 

It was either a woman in disguise, a cross dresser or he was Scottish?

 

I considered the Scottish bit, but alas, there was no tartan in sight.

 

Another reason why I think Torchwood shows the true heart of Wales.
