i always thinking Metroid would meet Mega Man. so i will say Samus cuzz she can pwn Mega Man cuzz Mega man look kinda wimpy and samus is like high power
There could be good sides to both of them. Samus has more health meters, can turn into a metal ball, has some assorted weapons, and has different armors. Megaman has a lot of different weapons also, he can also wall kick, and has different armors. But Samus probably could beat Megaman.
