Rurouni Kenshin: The Other Battōsai

It's slightly based on the series, Rurouni Kenshin. Story: Alongside Kenshin, there was another battosai, she was called The Female Hitokiri Battōsai, killing more men than Kenshin. A huge reward was offered for her capture. Enter Hikari Nogama, a young female doctor who is beautiful, smart, clever, clumsy and good with a sword. Hikari has no memory of her past, while at the same time getting attacked by people who claimed she is the Female Battosai.
