My first good AMV. I have others but really they're all crap and made to be practice for this one. anyway most of what you really need to know is there, just know that there is a spoiler warning (though you know like 99% of what's in there before you even become sora). and the fact that it's a response was just one of my feeble advertizing attempts, that person did not inspire me to make that video in any way (actually i didn't even know it existed until it poped up under the related links to this). ok enough of my rambling, enjoy :D

I've seen alot of videos start off with that scene, i don't no why? I noticed you missed a great oppounuity to time the clip at the 16 second mark, it was obvious, it was a loud drum beat that screams time me, then again at the 19 second mark and at 22 etc, then when the lyrics started you did time the clips either, a not very promising start. As for the first song it was one clip dragged out for over a minute, thats 1/5 of the video, you can easily fit 30 different scenes in that space of time, and you did 1. As for stopping the song and showing dialogue was a good idea, and then going to a different song, that worked well.

For the second song, again it was 2 or 3 scene dragged out, no timing or editting, you missed many good beats and a good change to a rapid fade in and out effect at the 1:44 mark. When you changed songs again i felt it was quite sloppy.

And the final song wasn't all that entertaining, what is entertaining about seeing people talk? You need to improve your scene selection.

As for music choice, Linkin Park ARHHHGG, I recently commented about someones video who used a similar idea like this and used 4 different LP songs, and this is what i said 'You used an original convept, and then used the most unoriginal thing in AMV's known to man' and the same applies, LP is way way overused and you had a great concept.

Overall it wasn't all that good, timing was little to none, it was pretty much a slideshow of scenes with Roxas in the Organisation, no real editting at all. Also if it was all about Roxas's story, why only limit your self to that area, why not also us Twilight Town footage, that was also about Roxas, no? You really need to improve your editting skills, the video was barely editted except for the use of dialogue and changing songs, you need to edit the clips within the song much much more.

3.4/10 - I would rate it lower, but you had an original concept.

    Sorry if this sounded harsh

Well thanks for the criticism. I used that throne room scene because it was the only one that really showed him being in Org XIII, which seems to be the first place you know of him being. If you read the side note it says that I made this first to clarify what happened to Roxas before the start of KH II. Trying to do this with WMM was a pain in the *** though, so don’t say I didn’t edit this enough. I’ll admit that there is a ton of spots where it would have been good to switch based on audio; but based on the video of the plotline I was making, it wouldn’t work. If I had a good video editor I would of tried to add in effects to make it connect to the music better, but after weeks of editing together videos to make said plotline and put sound where I want it (since WMM is all or nothing with that, you can’t pick specific clips), I didn’t want to spend a lot of time editing the video further to make it fit right. I had tried 20+ songs per section to see what would work best, it just so happened that those were the ones that worked best according to me and about 5 other people I showed this to.

Well that’s about all I have to say to defend my video. I’m glad you liked the concept (even if that was the only thing you liked about it).

Yeah WMM crashes alot it is a pain, and by editting for the most time i meant timing in a sense, you did edit it when change songs etc, but there wasn't much change within the song (Like i said) It had a good story and concept though, so your part of the way there ^_^
