The arm looks okay.I like the way you drew the bag there. It seems the head could be a little lower, if that makes sense. But all and all I think it's cute. :3
Also in addition to what Jayn said, try making the hair look like it's flowing a little bit better, so it doesn't look so stiff. Other than those things, it's a really cute drawing. Nice job. :3
