It may have just been me, but I had trouble in Olympus Coliseum against Hades because it gave you mostly low cards which would automatically break against him.

    it sucked at some points
like you can use magic and summons as sora but not riku
    and edit your deck etc
but at least we got to play as riku

It's cool, but kinda annoying to use because you have to be able to card break.

Also, when the battle moves on, you get less carrds, and usually one high lv card or something like that. :/

    unlike Sora, you couldn't heal unless you got mickey mouse... It annoyed my sister to death... I was meh about it due to he had a few countering cards (0 cards...) So yeah, he could be a pain I guess but I got to be lazy and not worry about fixing and making my deck better ^^;

Haha yeah you only got like 5 cards.
Also, with Sora, I had my cards in a particular order, with lowest values first going up to highest. Riku's is just completely scrambled.

I haven't played it in a while, so I don't remember that well, but it worked for me most of the time. I found it too bothersome to create the deck by myself, so the shortcut was fine for me. And I think I passed most levels at first or second try.

Riku's deck was only fun during levels past Lexeaus.

I hated how you got a set number of cards/set card levels. It basically ruined leveling up for me....

The only place where Riku's deck owned was in Castle Oblivion. Traverse town for example, was hard because even in the remake they gave more cards, but they were pretty low.

True that. I hated it that why I used the neoshadow card which my sister supposedly got without cheats

I hated the deck he carried here...

Riku's deck wasn't so bad, but sometimes it would have so many weak cards, and too many 0 cards. I think Castle Oblivion and Twilight Town were the only two places where his deck was awesome.

It was all fine for me, the deck they gave either matched the Heartless's for Duels in Re:CoM or had numbers usually higher than theirs and that match the bosses's.

The only time i didn't like was in the boss of Wonderland, beating him with only one card at time is boring....

We should've been able to edit it and keep old cards. I admit that it helped make a good deck to which you can get good expirirence with every sleight but I couldn't help but wonder it'd be like to abuse the 9 cards

I hate the Wonderland deck, you get 9 cards and they sucked. I had to run through that whole world and finish the Trickmaster quickly.

Using Rikus decks wasnt that bad for me, I didnt really have much trouble with it because I was used to breaking cards alot and then going into Dark Mode which helps alot though it was harder in the beginning when some of the decks had barely any cards.

i just hate who they order the cards. i prefer to have the lowest values come first but they arrange it to have the highest values come first. i wish they at least let you rearrange the cards' order

I didn't hate it but I didn't really like it either. There are some times when Riku had sum extra high cards but there are sum time he had such low and little cards it took me awhile to get through that point of the game.
The cards they give to Riku to fight Ansem SOD is kinda neutral.
