Kingdom Hearts riku version of KH 1

who agrees to me that square enix should remake KH 1 but as the point of view of riku like from where he was pulled into the portal of darkness from destiny island. or something like that i would love to play a whole game as riku. i loved playing as him in CoM and in the Ps2 version so like i sadi who agrees with me lol.

 

Hm...I guess that would be interesting, but the thing is that there would actually be no enemy for him, since he IS on the side of the heartless. So then there would be little fighting.

I don't think it should be worthy enough for a game, but maybe a one-shot manga.

If I must be honest, I really don't think that's such a great idea. First of all, they would never go for it because they're so busy with the other few games coming out later this year or next year. Secondly, what would be the point really? Riku had no enemies other than Sora somewhat in the game, and that's really the only person he would fight and that was, what, two or three times in the whole game? I personally think that it would be boring and not really worth the money.

I don't think there would be enough material on Riku in KH1 for him to have his own game, and I think it would also be a bit bizarre for SE to suddenly decide to make a big decision like that, when the original KH1 would already limit them in so many ways. As some others have said, bosses would also be a problem. So a game...? No. A manga? That wouldn't be a bad idea. =)

 

no worries man im just thick headed lol but yeah i just enjoyed playing as him in CoM that i thought it would be cool but i know they wouldnt and i would hoep that they make a manga though that would be sweet.

Well, it'd be kind of boring to me. I don't think it's really worth it at all. Maybe a movie or manga or something but not an entire game. I wouldn't buy it. xD​

Then what battles would he fight?
He basically takes the princesses while Sora fights the boss, making it no challenge at all for him.

In KH Aladdin helps you fight Jafar, so that wouldn't work either. Besides Sora, not many people really stood in Riku's way making them eligible to be a boss.
