Catches my attention. :3 You probably don't want cnc on this (or it sounds like you don't want any in your post), but I'd just like to point out that Riku could have wider shoulders. They slope down very fast, so he looks younger than he really is.
Remove the lines on the inside. Make the eyes bigger and give them their piercing, aqua look and... what do you know? You got yourself Riku!!!!!!
For being bored and pissed, it sure came out really well :'D I like his sad look; it's very different than what you normally expect from Riku but it still somehow works. Normally I'm not a fan of the scribbly pen look, but I really think it helps add to the mood that shows up in the picture, as well as the mood YOU were in when you drew it. Very cool indeed.
Riku's hair is longer, not like that matters though. It looks like it's a mixture between younger Riku and older Riku, which is pretty cool I guess. I don't really like the scribbles though. 5/10. It's alirght :\
It's not crappy at all! I love the style you used to draw this, very eye-catching. Just do what cocohints said, bring out his shoulders more, they slope down too much and look too small.
