Kingdom Hearts Riku-ansem voice

riku when he's possessed by ansem speak in a strange way :with riku's normal voice and a unknown demoniac voice at the same time.Like when he says "it's no use",or "behold the power of the darkness".
what i wanna know is:1 why he has 2 voices when he gets possessed?2 how can i make that sound(with audio editors)?
Strangely,Riku-possessed before the dragon-maleficent battle appeared to recognize Sora.After That
battle he doesn't regnonize Sora anymore after that battle.

The reason for the two voices is more than likely Ansem talking through him.
As Ansem didn't really have a body yet (was more of a disembodied spirit if anything at that point), his voice was demonic and empty, and also used Riku's voice to talk too, I guess.

As for Dragon Maleficent, that was probably because Riku had a bit of control still, but the disappeared afterwards (at least until "The Heartless are coming!")

 

yes,i know that but when you get into the maleficent portal to Dragon-Maleficent riku Talks to Maleficent like he recognize her,same for sora.but in the great room,where you fight him,Sora says "What?you-you're not Riku?" and Ansem ignores sora and he continues speaking about the keyhole,h.
WHen he fought sora,Riku was controlled by Ansem(completely)or Riku Controlled His Own Body but used Ansem's Dark Powers?
And How can i make that sound in Audio editor? he's cool(Possessed)and i'd like to make a video with his voice and using the Forze del male theme and when he does Dark AURA.

 

My guess is, you need both Ansems voice and Riku's voice saying something the same. I don't use voice editting programs so I don't know if you can take a voice and make it the same as something you may say if that makes sense. Either way, his possessed voice shows how he's made up of both Riku and Ansem SoD so you need both of them.

As for why, I think it's because Ansem is taking control more- that would be my guess, it also explains the change in voice.

 

mmm,but When he Ansem takes His body Riku it's surrounded by a strange green aura,and i want to understand,why riku has a blue aura when maleficent goes away to fight Sora?
what is exactly Dark Aura ? i know that is an attack but why Riku has Blue aura when doing that?

 

It's because Ansem hadn't recovered his full form yet and was merely a spirit; therefore, he needed Riku's body to talk to people.

Remember how Riku changed his appearance before the first battle with him in Hollow Bastion? That was because Ansem was starting to break through.

However, after Sora turned into a Heartless from the Dark Keyblade and Riku noticed that Kairi was in trouble, as well as Donald and Goofy, he regained his conscience and held Ansem back.

 

About Dark Aura, it could be just an aura that surrounds him to show that he's getting ready to use the attack.

About the Maleficent part, that could just be something Nomura did just to show how strong Riku-Ansem was, how Riku was being taken over by Ansem's darkness, etc.

 

but why Riku hasn't the guardian?(that heartless that protect ansem in the final battle)
and that dark keyblade?how it would be if it was complete(the skin i mean)?

 

Because Ansem didn't really have a reason to use the guardian while he looked like Riku.
He fought Sora to try and take Kairi's heart back and, when he was beaten, he let Sora finish that job.

When you say "that dark keyblade" I assume you mean the Keyblade of People's Hearts.
I don't know how it would look if it was complete, nobody does, but he only really wanted it to complete te keyhole to Hollow Bastion.

 

there's a way to have the KOPH? and to play as that Riku with dark Mode? and that the dark keyblade must have the hit sound.
there's a way to mod a code taht makes that ?

On topic, I agree with Skitty. Riku-Ansem believed he probably had enough power not to even use the Guardian. And I don't think he could while controlling Riku,

Right. Firstly, i'm going to be like everyone else and say that yeah it's because Ansem's using Riku's body as a host.

Secondly, record whatever line you want to say in the possessed sort of thing. Then you can simply duplicate the track, edit the pitch of each of the tracks and bingo you'll eventually have your very own possessed voice!

 

Well, his voice sounds like that because Ansem is speaking through Riku, so Riku is speaking at the same time, but since Ansem's voice is also coming out, you get 2 voices at the same time.

And as to how they make the noise....I have absolutely no idea

 

Are we sure there are two voices? It's possible that's only for dramatic effect and Sora is only hearing Riku's voice. That of course would change when the guy who's not Ansem took total control.
Might be over analyzing, at any rate it's suppose to make him sound darker(darkness, darkness, darkness).

This also makes sense.
Ansem could probably only use while in his own body (the way he looks after Kairi is awake again) and on top of that, he thought the Keyblade was strong enough to handle a kid like Sora. Once it was destroyed, he didn't have much of a choice about how to protect himself.

I feel like I've been watching Speed racer now... Haaaa ooooh ahhhh!..

It really didn't sound like an echo when he's battling, only when he's talking. So maybe my theory of that being for dramatic effect isn't dead.

 

i don't think Sora actually hears the 2nd voice which is Ansem's. i think it is just dramatic effect because it takes Sora a LONG time to go "You're not Riku". i would think that if he heard both voices, he would have said that almost immediately.

i was wondering how to make that kind of possessed voice as well. i think they just had the 2 voice actors say the lines in the same way and edit them together?

 

the problem is that the riku's and ansem's actors share only few words.

 

They probably just made them say the same thing, and then mixed the audio. That's fairly simple to do.
